Media Inquiries & Speaking Engagements
Thank you for your interest in Kids Change the World. Please follow the appropriate instructions to submit a media request. Because we receive many more requests than we can fulfill, be as complete and detailed as possible when submitting your request.
For television, radio, or newspaper
Please send Media Relations a draft of your story. If a representative is needed for an interview, please contact Media Relations two months in advance. Last-minute exceptions will be made for media outlets who reach a daily audience of 500,000. Kids Change the World requests copy of all television, radio, or newspaper media for internal records.
For conferences, ceremonies, and other events
Large conferences, ceremonies, and other events do not have a minimum audience number, but Kids Change the World requires a video copy of the event for internal records.
Details
All transportation, accommodations, meals, and miscellaneous expenses must be covered for the volunteer and one guest. For-profit organizations are asked to contribute a honorarium donation to Kids Change the World. Kids Change the World policy does not permit volunteers to accept personal pay.
Submitting a request
Submit a request by email to Media Relations. Include your name, date/time, and location of your event, event purpose/themes, other speakers and their topics, transportation, audience composition, honorarium amount, and other relevant details. Incomplete requests will not be reviewed.
